From yarn to carpet, under one roof.

We spin our own PP yarn — 600 tonnes a month — and weave it across a 92,300 m² integrated site across 30 Van de Wiele and Schöner looms. That gives us capacity for close to 12.9 million m² of carpet a year — and all of it is exported, to more than 70 countries.

Production to market

Nearly everything we weave leaves as an order: 98.8% sell-through. At Şanlıurfa the picture is the same — 97% of the cotton yarn we spin ships out. We produce to demand rather than to stock, so a confirmed order becomes a container instead of joining a queue.

98,8%
Sell-through

Capacity figures reflect the current machine park. Sell-through ratios and workforce figures are taken from our GRI-standard sustainability report.

Sustainability

Numbers, not
adjectives.

Our sustainability report follows GRI Standards and its greenhouse gas inventory is independently verified. It puts our footprint at 105,526 t CO₂e and shows that 90% of it sits outside our own walls. It also records 11 kilograms of the 577 tonnes of waste we generate going to disposal, and zero cases of forced or child labour.

Impact areas

Certified, not claimed.

Every area below is governed by an independently audited management system.

Climate
ISO 14064-1 · verified

Our greenhouse gas inventory is independently verified at a reasonable level of assurance. Over 90% of the footprint sits in the value chain — which is where the strategy points.

In numbers 105.526,24 t CO₂e total footprint · target −42% on Scope 1+2 by 2030 · Net-Zero by 2050
Energy
ISO 50001:2018

Energy is reported per plant and per tonne of output, so efficiency is visible rather than averaged away.

In numbers 112.419,89 GJ consumed · 7,64 GJ per tonne of output · 8.773,85 GJ generated on site from renewables
Waste

Of everything the Gaziantep plant throws away, 11 kilograms goes to disposal. All of it battery waste. The rest is recovered.

In numbers 577,12 t generated · 435,97 t textile fibre back into industry · Zero Waste to Landfill certification targeted by 2028
Materials
GRS

Cotton spun at our own Şanlıurfa mill is the renewable share of our input — and the part that is growing.

In numbers 26.894 t of material used · 3.328,70 t of it organic cotton, 14% of raw material by weight
Labour rights
ILO · UN Global Compact

Zero tolerance for forced and child labour, written into every supplier contract, with an anonymous ethics hotline behind it.

In numbers 0 verified forced-labour cases · 0 child-labour violations · 15 suppliers audited on human rights
People & safety
ISO 45001:2018

Occupational health and safety runs under a certified management system across both plants.

In numbers 987 people employed · 0 fatal accidents · 12 hours of OHS training per person
