- To achieve the goal of zero work accidents and occupational diseases; Risks arising from our operations, new products, processes and engineering changes are identified and evaluated, and with the work carried out, these risks are eliminated and/or brought to an acceptable level.
- As GRAND HALI, all employees are informed about the Occupational Health and Safety handbook and related documents, practices, targets and policy.
- Through information and training programs, all our employees and visitors in our areas of activity are provided with the necessary skills and competencies regarding occupational health and safety, and they are enabled to increase their personal awareness.
- In order to prevent incidents and accidents from occurring again and to improve our performance, realistic reports about incidents and accidents are provided and lessons are learned from them.
- Employees who contribute to improving health and safety issues are rewarded.
- Compliance with the legal regulations in force in our country regarding Occupational Health and Safety acts in accordance with its obligations.
- Occupational Health and Safety requests from employers and third parties are complied with.
- It is aimed to continuously and regularly review and improve Occupational Health and Safety Management System applications.
- Our managers in all work areas in which we operate are responsible for ensuring that these policies are implemented in their own units and for taking and implementing the necessary actions regarding their operations.
